Student Readers
We invite you to donate books for our first Book Swap!
Books will be organized for easy browsing, ALL students will be able to select a book to kick off their summer reading during their library class the last week of school!
Students do not need to donate books to select a book during the swap.
Book Donation Criteria
We are able to accept new and used books in good condition that are appropriate for K-5th grade readers.
Some popular subjects and books in our library:
- Sports Themed Books
- National Geographic Kid's Books
- Spooky/Creepy Novels & Graphic Novels
- I Survived Series
- Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series
- Dogman
- InvestiGators
- Who Would Win
We welcome donations of multiple copies of books.
We are also able to accept children's books in Spanish.
We anticipate our greatest need to be Graphic Novels and Middle Grade Chapter books.
Want to support us from afar? We have a registry of books our students love to read here!
Please help us reduce the time needed to organize these donations by making sure items are in good condition, clean, and of interest to our age group.
- Books received in poor condition will be recycled.
- Books remaining after the swap will be donated.
- No board books please.
Donation Drop Off
Drop off your donations with your student in the morning or in our donation box outside the main entrance.
