PTO Meeting Minutes
August 26, 2025

Called to Order: Meeting was called to order by President Andrew Sharp at 6:33pm.
Treasurer Report: Presented by Andrew Sharp. Full report posted, current balance is $5,927.59
New Business:

• The PTO Board proposed a 2025-2026 budget.
• The PTO proposed two amendments to our bylaws
  • Add no cost membership for all teachers & staff.
  • Remove the reference to monthly meetings.
• First Spirt Night will be Sept 23 Chick-fil-a Spirit Night in the APP ONLY! We will have  video, flyer, and stickers to promote.
